“Don’t build” - Jesus

Religion is the human packaging of a spiritual experience. At its best it points at something of inestimable value. But what happens when we build our religion up as THE thing?

As Jesus came out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, "Look, Teacher, what large stones and what large buildings!" Then Jesus asked him, "Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone will be left here upon another; all will be thrown down." Mark 13.1-2

When we start over with faith, god and church what will we build in place of what has been? Jesus was clear about this. “DON’T BUILD!” Not one stone. Be.
